FHA training and testing = 1.5 hours
VA training and testing = 1.5 hours
Your first course covers FHA loans and is divided into 2 video lessons.
Your second course; VA loans is also divided into 2 video lessons
Testing & Grading
All quizzes are open book, As long as you keep your access to the internet your quiz will remain open. If you lose internet connection you will need to restart your quiz from the begining.
You will have unlimited attempts to pass all quizzes.
Remember all quizzes are open book.
Passing scores require a minimum passing score of 75% (Open Book Testing)
After answering any quiz question your correct answer will be shown to you.
Getting Your CE credits submitted into your GREC account
After completing and passing all required quizzes send your notice of completion to: realestate@capstoneinstitute.com
Your completions will be submitted with 7 business days to the GREC. If you have a CE deadline that needs to be met; you must email us at: realestate@capstoneinstitute.com before registering for training so we can post your credits before your deadline.
