Capstone Institute Refund Policy
Refund Policy on all Video training programs:
If a student is not satisficed with their video training and course materials they may return them for a full refund.
- Capstone will cover the return shipping expenses by sending the purchaser a prepaid FEDEX return shipping label.
- To receive a refund the purchaser must return Capstone’s training 10 days from purchase date.
You may not request a refund if:
- The student has logged / viewed 30 minutes or more of their training.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refund requests must be directed to support@capinst.com.
- All materials must be returned to capstone in resalable condition.
- A flat fee of $49.00 per course will be deducted from any refund where the training materials are deemed damaged and not resalable.
Refund Policy For Safe Act , Live Classroom Instruction:
Purchaser and or Student must give at least 3 business days notice to Capstone Institute that the student will not be able to attend.
Example:
- If a Class is scheduled for Friday, the Student or Purchaser must give notice that they will not be attending any later than Tuesday; 5PM (EST) prior to the Friday class. Send your notice to garryt@capinst.com . Refunds will be processed immediately minus a $25.00 cancelation administration fee.
- If a student misses their training date without giving notice to Capstone of their inability to attend; Purchaser and or Student will not be eligible for any refund.
- If a student arrives after 8:30 Am on their first day of class, they may be denied attending that class date. NMLS has strict rules for attendance.
- If a student is denied entry because of arriving late they will be given the option of attending the next scheduled class but will not be eligible for any refund.
Refund Policy For Live/Webinar Courses:
All purchases of live webinars are final with no refund available. If however, a student is unable to attend their live webinar they will be given immediate access to take the same course online in a self-paced / on demand video training platform.

In the event Capstone Institute incurs computer disruptions or loss of internet connectivity before or during any live webinar; Capstone Institute reserves the right to reschedule the training to future date.
