Failing An Open Book Quiz – (3 Attempt Rule)
If you don’t pass your open book quiz, you will be allowed to take it again
If you have not successfully passed a lesson’s quiz after 3 quiz attempts you will have to
retake the entire course over again.
This course is broken into three lessons
Lesson 1
Understanding and Reading Credit Reports
No Quiz

Lesson 2
Correctly Calculating The Borrowers Income
(Quiz) 20 Questions / 80% min pass score
1 hrs:31 minutes
Lesson 3
Guidelines for Taking a Detailed loan application
(Quiz) 30 Questions / 80% min pass score
This lesson has 2 videos
1st Video: 1 hrs:52 minutes
2nd Video: 1 hrs:36 minutes
You are required to follow along with your lessons with your manuals in front of you
You are required to view each video lesson in its entirety before you can move to the next lesson.
You may pause a lesson to take a break but that break can not last more than 15 minutes.
If your break is longer than 15 minutes, you will be logged out and will be required to log back in.
Quizzes
All quizzes are open book.
There is a minimum passing score of 80%
Your score will be displayed to you after every quiz along with the correct answer and your answer.
Failing An Open Book Quiz – (3 Attempt Rule)
If you don’t pass your open book quiz, you will be allowed to take it again.
If you have not successfully passed a lesson’s quiz after 3 quiz attempts you will have to
retake the entire course over again.
Your management team if applicable will be notified of all test attempts and scores.
NOTE when taking a quiz:
As long as you maintain your internet connection during your quiz it will stay open.
However if you loose your internet connection during any quiz you will have to restart
your quiz from it’s begining.
Skipping lessons
All lessons must be taken in succession.
You will not be allowed to take lesson 3 until you have passed Lessons 1 and 2.
Your Capstone Institute certificate of completion
After completing your last lesson and test you will be able to download and
print your certificate of completion.
